Town Hall Taxes
Each Town Hall varies slightly on building regulations and Taxes
to be paid upon granting the licence. This is generally around 4.3%
of the value of materials used for construction. The value of materials
is pre-determined by each Town Hall.
Architect Fees
Architect fees vary dependent on whether the client needs a Technical
Project or a Legalisation Certificate. However, an architect is
not required for any minor works such as raising walls, terracing,
railings or changing door and windows etc.
