are we?
P & P Services are located in Camposol near Mazarron in the Murcia
region of Spain. Our small team of professional English, Spanish
and German speaking staff strive to take the worry out of any project
undertaken by our clients. P & P services work together with
Town Hall representatives, Spanish Architects and Solicitors.
What do we do?

any work undertaken on your property.

 What
is a Licence?
A licence is a legal certificate which has to be authorised by
your local Town Hall before any building work can be carried out
on your property. Without the correct licence the work can be stopped
in situ by the local police and a fine will be imposed. In some
circumstances it may be possible to legalise work already carried
out with an architect's certificate.
